bueno men lo del sprite es facil solamente debes tener algun programa que pases los sprites al formato pcx y luego de eso lo puedes cambiar pero si vos queres crear un char tendras que hacer una paleta y aplicas todos los colores entendes men para cambiar la imagen del menu yo deje varios tutoriales fijate en centrarla y para mas lugares tienes que ir a
