La 96° versión de la premiación de la Academia se llevará a cabo el 10 de Marzo del presente año, donde las 23 categorías serán galardonadas con un único ganador en ellas.

El día de ayer, se dio a conocer la lista completa de los nominados, en algunos, se presumía desde su estreno que podría ser considerada, otras, grandes sorpresas. Independiente de todo, la batalla por alcanzar la excelencia y el reconocimiento del galardón, ha comenzado.

Apoyo la moción


Cada vez me interesa menos estos premios, porque mis gustos son cada vez menos académicos.
No puedo creer por ejemplo que Maestro tenga tantas nominaciones, y así otras tantas. Cuando se empiecen a premiar más películas de género, me va a interesar mas

Lo único que quiero es que Asesinos de la Luna gane todo a lo que está nominada

Conociendo a la Academia, no me extrañaría que La memoria infinita pierda contra el documental de Mariupol. Tienen una obsesión histórica con las películas de guerra y ese mensaje extremadamente agotado de "viva la paz, somos mega liberales preocupados por la humanidad" que nunca fallan en transmitir, a pesar de que los hacen más predecibles que la mierda. Oppenheimer tendrá un mensaje sobre la guerra, pero creo que su merito de lograr trece nominaciones está justificado.

A mi la que extrañé como nominada en animación fue Slam Dunk, me pareció un acierto en toda su extensión, mezclando tonos clasicos con un 3d sutil

No puedo opinar mucho todavía. Por ahora sólo vi 3 (Oppenheimer, Barbie y Past Lives) pero tengo pendiente ver varias así estoy más al día con los Oscars. Sí estuve viendo que hubo mucho quilombo en Twitter porque no nominaron a Margot Robbie ni a Greta Gerwing.
Para mí, la peli de Barbie estuvo normal, que se yo. Onda... No sé si es LA peli del año. Habiendo visto por ej Oppenheimer me gustó más esa. (Obviamente son dos películas totalmente distintas lol). A mi Ryan Gosling me encanta entonces estoy feliz con su nominación, jej.

Mi idea por ahora es ver las que me llaman la atención y después veo si veré las demás :( las que me llaman son: Poor Things, Killers of the flower moon, Anatomy of a fall, The zone of interest (Capaz, todavía no estoy decidida), La sociedad de la nieve, The boy and the heron y me llamaba Napoleón antes de que saliera pero ahora andan diciendo que está bastante alejada de lo que fue realmente Napoleón :(

Ryan Gosling ganando el Oscar sería alto dick move. Se diga lo que se diga, Ken se robaba la película, y, lamentablemente, lo más entretenido e interesante de la peli era sobre Ken, no sobre Barbie.

Killers of the Flower Moon está buenarda y me gustó mucho la actuación de Lily Gladstone. Con respecto a Oppenheimer, no me creo que Downey esté nominado. No le pareció que hizo un gran trabajo, salvo un par de escenas que sí le salió muy bien.

Voy a decir algo que a algunos no les gustará: Barbie no merecía ninguna nominación. La película estuvo entretenida, me gustó cómo trabajaron la fotografía y los personajes, pero no amerita una nominación al Oscar. A Ryan lo pusieron porque si no nominaban a nadie se iba a armar tremenda polémica y no lo duden que iban a salir a decir que porque era una película dirigida, protagonizada y dirigida a mujeres. En fin, soporten.

Pues, mi hermanita es súper fan de Studio Ghibli y acaba de decirme que El Niño y la Garza le pareció la más regularcita que han hecho. Eso sí, elogió la animación, dijo que la historia es bonita, pero no le pareció nada espectacular salido de la No-Irrealidad.

GO, ELEMENTOS, GO!

Este último tiempo, como nunca, pude ver muchas películas y varias de las que están nominadas. Y la verdad la gran mayoría me parecieron basura xd ayer traté de ver American fiction que era una que no había visto, y nooo, la tuve que quitar de lo latera que era.
Aunque para ser justos, las que me gustan rara vez ganan premios jajajaj.

Me falta ver Killers of the flower moon, espero hacerlo pronto.

Ayer vi Poor Things y me parece que a Yorgos le salió mejor lo que Greta intentó con Barbie, primero por que es hombre, pero más importante por que creo que es una narrativa más robusta, con una estética mucho mas interesante y actuaciones espectaculares, concordando con que la única notable de Barbie fue la de Gosling, pero Mark Ruffalo? Emma Stone??? Increíble. Sino hubiera salido Poor Things a tiempo, estoy casi seguro que su lugar lo hubiera tomado Barbie como la crítica feminista del año, pero al ponerlas juntas, una claramente es superior.

Por otro lado, no entiendo la nominación de Cooper, que en mi opinión fue medio ridículo en su película. La definición de "too much."
