Hi

Well, to make one all the parts you must use a software, usually is WinRAR (.rar , part01) or WinZip (.zip).
Those are the most used. So you put all the parts in one folder, right-click on the first part, then "Extract..." and then wait for your ISO.

Then, when you have the ISO, you must burn it with nero, or another burn program. Same way, you can mount this image as a virtual drive, so you can play it in your PC using a emulator (you mount with Alcohol120%)

Mmm...for the Import Player. Usually the games in PSX makes a file on the memory card, when changing from the disc one to the two, so you can shutdown your console, or whatever, and then continue when you like.

In this case, I think there's no problem. Try with the first way, or try with the other (using memory card)

Hope I've helped ^^'

To burn a PSX ISO DO NOT USE NERO, instead use Alcohol120%, it has it's own option to burn psx images, i sugest that you use a 16x or 24x speed when burning to avoid errors, but remember, always use Alcohol120% for burning a psx image.

PS:One that Zenbaku forgot to mention is 7zip, it's also a common software to split files.
